We can supply your monitoring material
1. ALERTS TO YOUR PC MAILBOX
Alerts in the form of headlines can be sent by e-mail to your email address, and to those of colleagues nominated by you. You can click on the headlines to view the full cutting or broadcast summary, web mentions, analysis or other items.
2. ALERTS TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE
You can receive the alerts at your mobile email addresss and, if your phone is internet enabled, you can link through to the cuttings and broadcast summaries, web mentions, analysis or other items.
Even if your phone is not internet enabled, you can still read the text of cuttings on your handset.
3. ON THE WEB
You can have a website IN YOUR LIVERY which resides on our servers.
Only your users have access to it. Such a site will have a homepage containing headlines of today's cuttings. A link from each headline will take you to a scanned image of the cutting , and its full text.
It will also give you you weekly and magazine cuttings, your broadcast mentions, web items, analysis and other material..
Different groups of your users can be fed different sets of content so that, for example, each department gets just the material that interests it.
If you are tracking a particular issue or coverage of a particular event, tell us, and a button will fast track you to the cuttings on that.
Other items can also be put on the website, such as impact analysis of your coverage, restricted if you wish to certain users..
A searchable archive can also be provided with keyword highlighting on all retrieved documents.
We can also provide an e-mail alert service in conjunction with this site..
4. IN A CUSTOMISED FEED
We can deliver your monitoring results in XML or other format of your choice, with indices, allowing you to incorporate it into intranet or other in-house data system. It will be indexed according to your needs.
5. OTHER
By arrangement we can also supply material in pdf format delivered by email, by fax or in hard copy as required.
