Examiner for Pilot Training College

Justice Brian McGovern has today appointed Michael McAteer of Grant Thornton as Interim Examiner to Pilot Training College. The Interim Examiner is charged with ensuring the implementation of a successful restructuring plan and the High Court heard today that the company has a "reasonable prospect of survival". Mr. McAteer is hopeful that this Examinership will be resolved as quickly as possible. A further hearing date of 26 July has been set by Justice McGovern
