Deloitte is looking for 200 graduates

Friday, September 07 10:20:57

Business advisory firm, Deloitte, has today announced that it has begun its search for 200 graduate positions with another 80 jobs on offer for experienced professionals in its Irish business.

Graduate positions are for an initial three and a half year contract and will be available in the Dublin, Cork and Limerick offices, across all departments of the firm including audit, tax, consulting, corporate finance and enterprise risk services, the company said.

They start next Autumn or, in the case where students elect to complete a postgraduate course, in Autumn of 2014.

Applications are being encouraged from students of all academic disciplines, not only those with accountancy and business backgrounds.

Applications for the graduate positions can only be made via the dedicated graduate recruitment website - www.deloitte.com/ie/graduate - which is open from Monday 10th September, and closes at 5pm on Monday 15 October 2012 for NUI Galway students and 5pm, Wednesday 17 October 2012 for students from all other colleges.

In addition to the 200 graduate positions that are on offer, the firm currently has an additional 80 positions for experienced professionals.

"We're excited to hear from graduates who wish to embark on a dynamic, challenging and diverse career," said Brendan Jennings, Managing Partner, Deloitte.

"What many candidates find attractive is the breadth of opportunities we offer at Deloitte. We are proud of the range of career paths that we offer to the brightest graduates and are delighted to offer these positions in what remains a challenging graduate jobs market. I would encourage candidates to meet us at one of our recruitment events which we will be holding at various college campuses over the coming months. Here candidates can explore the different options open to them with practitioners from our business."
