The countdown is on for this year's Irish Software Association (ISA) Software Industry Awards.
With just 30 days to go, ISA, the IBEC group that represents the indigenous software sector, is urging companies to submit their entries for the Awards on November 9.
ISA represents over 100 Irish software companies.
Karl Flannery, ISA Chairman and Storm Technology CEO, said the Awards were 'about recognising excellence among Irish software and digital technology companies'.
'They also help companies to validate for their customers, employees and investors the breadth of innovation, vision and execution in their enterprises as they scale internationally,' said Mr Flannery.
ISA aims to create an ecosystem of category-winning scaling companies that want to transform the markets in which they operate through innovative digital technology and software.
'This year's Software Industry Awards, themed "Innovating, Transforming, Scaling", are key to the ISA mission as we seek to enable the growth of Irish software companies through pathways of connections, knowledge and influence across the enterprise ecosystem.
'We would urge Irish software technology companies to submit their entries for this year's Awards before the deadline in 30 days' time,' said Mr Flannery.
Phil Cox, President of Silicon Valley Bank, UK, EMEA and India, will keynote the Awards which will be held on November 9, 2012, at 7.30pm in the Burlington Hotel, Dublin.
