Philip Sheridan has been appointed Accreditations and Recognitions Manager for City and Guilds Europe, following the organisation's recent re-location of its European headquarters to Dublin.
With over 26 years' of commercial and Education experience, he will be responsible for leading the stakeholder engagement and recognitions work with governments, employers, Higher and Further Education Institutes and professional associations in order to secure key recognitions across European markets where City and Guilds operate.
Mr Sheridan has extensive experience and proven success leading strategy and developing new business while working for some of the largest private and corporate business and education institutes in Ireland and Europe at manufacturer, wholesale and retail levels.
Philip is a Masters graduate of Henley Business School with special interests in strategy, business transformation, innovation and Education amd Training. During his career Philip has gained a unique perspective on Vocational Education and how business success and skills are intertwined in the modern world.
