Futures point European markets higher

European stock index futures pointed to a slightly higher open today, although gains could be limited by raft of disappointing corporate results as companies feel the pinch from the global slowdown.

At 0604 GMT, futures for Euro STOXX 50, for Germany's DAX and for France's CAC were up 0.1-0.3 percent. ( C) Reuters
