Irish Customer Management Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, Voxpro, today said it is creating 100 new jobs in an expansion programme.
Voxpro is actively recruiting multilingual, technical positions that will see its work force increase to 330 within the next three months. The job creation is being supported by the Government through Enterprise Ireland.
Voxpro is an indigenous company that operates from three purpose-built facilities in Cork. The company manages a number of large-scale contracts for national and international organisations 24/7 and 365 days a year including one of the world's top search engine providers, sixteen county councils, a number of Irish hospitals and health care providers and some of the largest NGO's at home and abroad.
Speaking at the expansion announcement, CEO Dan Kiely said: "Today is a very significant day for Voxpro. When my wife Linda and I set up this company 14 years ago, we had a team of six people. Today, we are Ireland's leading provider of 24/7 technical customer management in business process outsourcing, operating in 12 languages to over 300 indigenous and global organisations - and we continue to expand at a rapid pace. In 2010, we created 160 new jobs. Today, I'm delighted to announce that we are actively recruiting for an additional 100 people, for a variety of customer management positions in seven different languages. These people will join our amazingly talented team whose expertise, knowledge and ambition to succeed helps to drive us forward every day."
