Boots Ireland seek 400 Christmas staff

Boots Ireland will be creating 400 temporary full and part-time positions in its Irish stores during the Christmas period.

The announcement comes just weeks after Boots Ireland confirmed an additional 27 new jobs in Cork and Galway having opened new stores in both counties.

Carmel O'Brien, HR Director, Boots Ireland, said: "Customer service is critically important at Boots and this is even more important when our stores are at their busiest the during the Christmas season. These additional 400 temporary positions will help us to deliver on our ambition to be the leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer through the delivery of an excellent product range coupled with superior customer service."
