Noonan to hold press briefing at 4pm

The Minister for Finance Michael Noonan and the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform will hold a press briefing in Government Buildings today at 4pc on the "Revised Promissory Notes Arrangement".

It is hoped that this may shed some light on the confusion surrounding whether or not Ireland has secured a deal with the ECB.
