Call centre company Eishtec, which in December announced 250 new jobs, is planning to recruit an additional 100 people for its Waterford base.
Eishtech was founded by former Talk Talk executives just under two years ago and by the end of this year will have 500 people on its payroll at its Waterford base and another 250 working in Wexford.
"Increased levels of business mean we will be increasing our staff by approximately 100 permanent customer contact providers this year and instead of the traditional methods of recruitment we decided that a Jobs Fair would be an innovative way to expand our talent pool and facilitate this growth," said Heather Reynolds, one of the co-founders of the business.
"Being a Waterford company we are delighted to give some good news to our home city in these difficult times. As with our recent expansion in Wexford, we will commence the recruitment immediately and wish to thank Waterford Chamber Skillnet, Outsourcing Skillnet and CCMA Skillnet for all their assistance supporting our recruitment process," she added
