An easy-to-read comprehensive guide to bankruptcy in Ireland is now available. Recent changes to the bankruptcy laws in Ireland have made bankruptcy another real option for people to solve their financial stresses.
The book is written by Debt Restructuring Expert Paul Carroll, and the guide is intended to describe how ordinary people can avail of bankruptcy to solve their financial problems, and what it will actually mean for them.
The 25 page, guide is in plain language, targeted at providing information to normal people and families in financial difficulties, which are usually not complex but very stressful.
The guide will describe what will happen to the family home and also what will happen to your pension or future pension.
The guide will also dispel the bankruptcy myths and describe how bankruptcy will, in the vast majority of cases, not affect a debtor's employment, have little or no effect on a debtors income and will not result in a debtors personal possessions being taken from them.
Speaking about the Guide, author Paul Carroll, says; "for a large number of people bankruptcy may be the only option. This Guide has been developed as an easy-to-read Guide designed to dispel the myths that are attached to the word bankruptcy in this country.
"In the vast majority of cases bankruptcy will be a simple process and will give full relief from all debts with no commitment to 6/7 years of payments."
