One of the fastest growing financial advisory companies in the world based in Dubai is to attend Working Abroad Expo this weekend to recruit for 400 finance positions.
Fund Advisers has announced major global expansion plans and is looking to Ireland to recruit wealth managers as well as customer relationship managers for its Dubai offices, Johannesburg and Moscow offices.
According to Donna Smith Global Recruitment Manager with Fund Advisers, "We are rapidly expanding and looking to recruit 200 wealth managers, as well as 200 clientrelationship managers. With Dublin being a European finance hub we believe we'll meet the kind of candidates we are looking for for our Dubai, Johannesburg and Moscow offices."
While salaries are commission based they are uncapped; average earnings for wealth managers were E100k based on 2012 earnings; with customer relationship managers earning between E35k and E70k, she said.
"Dubai salaries not alone are tax-free, but the company will offer a series of benefits including handling the visa application process; initial and long-term accommodation help."
Other benefits include a dedicated training support programme and the opportunity to work abroad in any number of its world-wide offices. The financial advisory house also plans to open further offices over the coming two years in Kuala lumpar, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
The Working Abroad Expo takes place in the RDS Industries Hall from Friday, 27 September (2pm to 5pm), Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 September (10.00am to 4.00pm on both days). More details are available from WorkingAbroad.net.
