Today is the last day for bids for loans worth E3.5 billion to be submitted to the liquidators of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation.
Project Evergreen loans were granted by Anglo Irish Bank to 50 corporate borrowers, including Arnotts, Topaz, Davy Stockbrokers, Fields Jewellers and TV3.
The former Anglo Irish Bank is selling loans with a value of E3.5bn.
Unsold borrowings will transfer to the National Asset Management Agency.
The Anglo Irish loans are being sold off by liquidators KPMG.
Among them are borrowings related to TV3, Arnotts, the Racing Post, Topaz and stockbrokers Davy.
The Irish investors who own the Racing Post will bid for their own borrowings of E150m. There is also speculation TV3 will try to buy back its loans.
Arnotts' borrowings of E200m have been linked to Selfridges and the House of Fraser.
Davy had paid off more than half of its loan and plans to purchase the outstanding E140m.
Two bids are expected for the E185m loan of petrol retailer Topaz, with one coming from its significant shareholder Denis O'Brien.
