UPC Ireland this morning said that the second quarter of this year saw the group increase digital TV, broadband and voice subscriptions by 7,600 to 1,091,600.
This is an increase of 70,100 subscriptions compared to the same quarter a year ago.
It now has 352,300 broadband customers marking 10pc annualised growth; 324,500 phone customers marking 22pc growth and 336,700 digital cable TV customers with modest growth of 0.3pc.
Carol Grennan, CFO of UPC Ireland said, "We're making excellent progress through our emphasis on product leadership with world class programming, great new services and value for money for our customers."
UPC is part of John Malone's Liberty Global, which today recorded second-quarter revenue that increased 51pc as more people subscribed to its services.
Sales rose to $4.6 billion in the period, the London-based company said in a statement.
