Fashion retailer ECCO officially unveiled its new store on Thomas Street in Limerick today, which is the Danish company's thirteenth stand-alone store in Ireland.
Celia Holman-Lee, along with the Store Manager Louise O'Hagan, cut the ribbon on the new outlet, which sees the store creating 10 jobs in the city.
Located on the junction of Thomas Street / Augustinian Lane, it comprises 1000 sq. ft. of floor space.
ECCO said it plans to further expand its presence in Ireland with the opening of a flagship store on Grafton Street, Dublin in October.
Speaking about the new store, Managing Director of ECCO Ireland, Paul Lyons said "It gives me great pleasure to announce the opening of our new ECCO store in Limerick. The city has really evolved with the introduction of new retailers over the last few months and we are delighted to be one of them! I am excited to be able to introduce and welcome new and already loyal ECCO customers to the new store which I know will be a successful part of the global business."
