It was announced today that British-born international lifestyle brand Joules, has opened its first Irish city centre store – following the success of its outlet in Kildare Village.

Twelve part time and full-time jobs have been created in the process.

The new store is located at 12 Wicklow Street, Dublin 2, a prime retail unit situated just off Grafton Street – Dublin’s main shopping thoroughfare.

Savills had been seeking offers of key money of €100,000 for the sale of the tenants’ leasehold interest and have confirmed that this was achieved following numerous offers from well-known retailers.

Founder of Joules, Tom Joule said, "We're really excited to be opening our first city centre store in Ireland. The success we have seen at our store in Kildare Village has been fantastic, and this huge appetite for our products has led us to open a store in Dublin.

"We’re delighted that this new location will enable us to better respond to our customers’ demand for Joules products, also supported through our click & collect and e-commerce services."
