Bank of Ireland Business On Line wins at Global Finance Awards

Bank of Ireland has been named Best Corporate/Institutional in Western Europe for Information Security Initiatives 2017 by Global Finance.

The award was based on a series of security initiatives and channel enhancements over the past 18 months in respect of the Bank’s online platform for business and corporate customers, Business On Line. 
 
The Global Finance Awards are a much recognised and trusted standard of excellence in the industry. Winners were selected based on criteria including strength of strategy for attracting and servicing digital customers, success in getting clients to use digital offerings, growth of digital customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from digital initiatives and web/mobile site design and functionality.
 
Commenting on the award, Head of Business Digital at Bank of Ireland, Neil Kelly said, "Bank of Ireland is committed to providing best-in-class when it comes to online security and to have this recognised by Global Finance is a great endorsement. We will continually adapt and invest in our technology to ensure that we offer a service to our business and corporate customers that they can have confidence in."
