Ireland believes the risk of Britain leaving the European Union without a deal is growing, but it has not yet decided whether to base its October budget on that scenario, Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe said on Tuesday.

"As we look at the unfolding situation in the UK, the risk of a no-deal Brexit is growing," Donohoe told journalists in Dublin. He said the Cabinet would discuss its budget plans at a meeting next week. (Reuters)
