Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking appoints new Head of Leveraged Acquisition Finance

Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking has this week announced Peter Mullen as the new Head of Leveraged Acquisition Finance. Peter joined Bank of Ireland in 2006 to establish its Syndicated Finance team that is responsible for the co-ordination, underwriting and distribution of transactions primarily in the leveraged loan market.  

Prior to joining Bank of Ireland, Peter spent 8 years at Société Générale in London and New York where he was a Director in the leveraged loan syndicate group. Before that, Peter worked with Chase Manhattan Bank where he was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group based in London. 
 
Peter brings to his new role a wealth of experience in the mid-market leveraged finance sector and will have teams based in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Stamford Connecticut, Chicago Illinois as well as support functions in Dublin. The team are specialists in leveraged finance – arranging, underwriting and distributing transactions, providing debt finance solutions to leading private equity houses in the European and US leveraged buyout markets and the product range includes senior and subordinated debt, unitranche and super senior facilities.
