Dean Forbes has this month been named the new CEO of CoreHR, a leading provider of Cloud HR and Payroll solutions. The appointment also includes membership of the board of directors.
Dean joins CoreHR from KDS, a global provider of integrated travel booking and expense technology, which was recently acquired by American Express after several years of expansion under his leadership.
Prior to KDS, Dean served as Vice President and General Manager of US-based software company Primavera Systems, where he led international expansion into multiple countries. Following the acquisition of Primavera by Oracle, Dean became the youngest Global Vice President and was appointed to Oracle’s UK executive committee.
Commenting on the announcement, Chairman of CoreHR, Steve Rowley said, "We’re delighted to welcome Dean on board to take the reins from our outgoing CEO, John Goulding, who has shown great leadership in bringing the company on its exciting growth journey to date. We’re very grateful for his contribution and wish him well for the future. Looking forward, Dean’s extensive track record in transforming brands, empowering teams, and delivering value for customers, combined with his energy, ambition and vision makes him an ideal fit. We look forward to the next phase of the journey, as the company enters a new era of technology enablement that is redefining the Human Capital Management market."
