It was announced this month that Tara Holland appointed Membership Development Manager at Marketing Institute of Ireland.
Tara Holland worked as Brand Marketing Manager with Westpac Banking Corp. in Sydney Australia for four years from 1998, developing a brand design vocabulary, architecture and customer-centric philosophy for this major financial services player. Returning to Ireland in 2002, she then worked with EBS in Dublin for 10 years as Senior Marketing Manager where she led the Member Experience effort across all online and offline touch points and managed a budget in excess of €2 million.
Heading up Member Engagement at EBS, Tara led a strategic programme to devise and implement a series of initiatives to listen and interact with members to increase retention and value. Tara played a key role in determining the integrated marketing strategy through the merger period with AIB, increasing satisfaction and NPS scores.
Tara completed the Marketing Institute's MSc in Digital Marketing & Analytics at DIT in 2015, earning a first class honours award.
Speaking at the announcement of the appointment, Chief Executive of The Marketing Institute, Tom Trainor said, "Membership is at the core of our strategy and the driver of our activity.
