Savills expand Northern Irish Offices Division

It was announced today that Savills has appointed Simon McEvoy as Divisional Director with its expanding Northern Irish office agency team.

Having spent the past 10 years working for JLL in Dublin, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the office market including leasing, sales, lease re-gears, surrenders and rent reviews, as well as providing development advice and advising multinational corporations on acquisitions and disposals.

Simon was involved in many of Dublin’s major office developments including, Burlington Plaza, South County Business Park, Grand Canal Plaza and East Point Business Park. He holds a Degree in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

Head of Savills Belfast Office, Ben Turtle commented, "With office construction in Belfast undergoing a resurgence, now is the opportune time to expand our office agency division. The experience Simon brings to Savills – from 10 years working in the busy Dublin office market – will undoubtedly help us grow our business."
