Savills announced today that a new Grade A Dublin 2 office building – extending to 26,716 sq ft – will accommodate up to 300 office workers upon its completion in the third quarter of 2020.

The prime office development situated on Dublin’s Pembroke Row – in the heart of the city’s central business district is being developed by MKN Property Group. Letting agent, Savills, is seeking €55 per sq. ft. and expects demand to be strong given the prominent location of the 6-storey office building.

The property is situated close to all main public transport routes and a short walk to Grand Canal, Baggot Street, St Stephen’s Green and Government Buildings. The area is popular with a whole host of international renowned companies, including LinkedIn, Amazon, Fitbit, Shire, Bank of Ireland, IBEC and the ESB.

6 Pembroke Row also features generous tenant amenities including dedicated showers, lockers, changing facilities, secure bicycle parking and 9 car parking spaces.

Commenting on the property, Kellie O’Brien from Savills said, "6 Pembroke Row is a stunning new development situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Dublin for office occupiers. We have already had a number of enquiries from a range of occupiers and now that we have officially commenced the marketing process, we expect this to continue."
