Stephen's Green shopping Centre reaches full capacity

JLL have announced that Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre which is already home to a number of top retailers such as Dunnes Stores, Boots, Elvery’s and TK Maxx, is nearly at full capacity having added to its line-up in recent weeks.

Stephens Green is one of Irelands most Iconic shopping centres located in the heart of Dublin’s premier shopping districts. The shopping centre opened in 1988 and now has over 100 retailers across the three floors.

Speaking this week, Anna Kelly of Retail Agency, JLL said, "We are absolutely delighted with the recent surge of uptake in units. There has been so much uncertainty across the retail sector in recent months especially with the announcement of closure of Topshop, so it’s fantastic to see that despite the bad press there are still many businesses thriving and expanding in the sector. The new retailers are providing a real variety to the Irish customer and are exciting additions to Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.”
