The focus on Ireland at the 20th Singapore Writers Festival this year is just one example of the deep enthusiasm for Ireland's artistic talent."
She added, "This round of funding includes strong support for Irish musicians to tour in the US, Europe and Australia, including for example, young Dublin trio Hare Squead who are undertaking a European tour during October and November 2017, while leading uilleann pipers will perform at locations around the world including the United Kingdom, Argentina and Singapore to mark International Uilleann Piping Day on 4 November 2017."
