Aer Lingus owner IAG changes board following Brexit deal

Airline group IAG said on Thursday it changed the composition of its board to ensure a majority of independent EU non-executive directors following Brexit.

The company also said British Airways received funding of two billion pounds ($2.73 billion) for a five-year term loan, which is partially guaranteed by UK Export Finance. (Reuters)
