• Nonverbal communication – this form of message is sent using behavioral activities such as body language, dress code, body language, and facial expressions.

• Visual communication – here, businesses use images or graphics to communicate. It is a common form of communication on both digital and print media. Examples include videos, infographics, maps, and charts.

Email has emerged as the most preferred form of communication for many businesses. Some people have a problem of treating email communication as less formal. In this regard, it is essential to treat all business emails like you would treat a written communication. While it is acceptable to be friendly to your colleagues, it is also vital to retain formality in your communication.

It is advisable to have employees that can speak the languages your partners and clients talk. You can also enhance your language skills by learning an additional language for business purposes.

Non- Verbal Communication

Communication experts suggest that people say a lot without speaking a word. Your facial expression and body language can convey your attitude and interest more than words would do. As you communicate, take note of your eye contact, posture, tone, and breathing, as all these contribute to nonverbal communication.
