Domino’s has launched a major new recruitment drive to fill 1,000 roles across Ireland, as it gears up for the busy festive season and its first winter international football championship – set to be watched by a record breaking 5bn people around the world.
With a staggering 700,000 pizzas estimated to be ordered by consumers during this time, Domino’s is calling upon budding delivery drivers, in-store team members and pizza makers to join its squad.
Domino’s says it offers flexibility, with plenty of evening and weekend shift work available to fit around busy schedules, but also rewards and recognition, on-the-job training, promotion opportunities, and a fun and friendly culture to work in. Experience is not essential, as managers provide training for all levels and there are lots of interesting opportunities for those looking for long term career development. With 90% of store managers starting out as a team member, working for Domino’s represents a fantastic opportunity for ambitious job seekers to enhance their skills in leadership and organisation.
Commenting on the expansion, Domino’s Pizza Group, Ireland CEO, Scott Bush said, "As we approach a very busy period with international football and the festive peak, we are excited to announce 1,000 new roles with Domino’s across Ireland. We are proud to be able to offer a range of flexible in-store and contract driver roles, which may be suited to those looking for additional employment opportunities or to fit around study or family life. So, if the idea of being part of our world-class pizza squad is up your street, then a role at Domino’s could be for you."
