Medallia yesterday announced it is expanding to Ireland where the company will open a new mid-market sales and support hub.

The company’s award-winning SaaS platform and solutions reveals personalized and predictive insights that drive business action to reduce churn, turn detractors into buyers and create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

With headquarters in San Francisco, California, the company has over 1,000 employees spread across 20 global offices and remote work. Medallia has over 1,000 brands that rely on its technology to drive revenue-impacting business decisions. Initial roles are remote and will include multilingual sales for the French, Spanish, Italian, DACH, Nordics, Benelux and Middle East regions.

Tánaiste & Minister for Enterprise Trade & Employment, Leo Varadkar said, "I’m very pleased to welcome Medallia to Ireland. It’s great that the company has chosen Ireland as its base for the whole EMEA region. These 100 jobs are not fixed to any location and anyone with multilingual skills, anywhere in the country, is eligible to apply. I wish the Medallia team every success with these plans."

EVP mid-market and corporate development at Medallia, Rory Cameron added, "The mid-market in EMEA comprising over 100,000 companies, has been underserved when it comes to experience management technology that fits with their business. Ireland was a smart choice for us as it offers the largest concentration of multilingual sales and service talent to support our customers and our expansion plans."
