The Irish-owned global recruitment group Morgan McKinley has signed a far reaching Enterprise Partnership with LinkedIn – the first agreement of this kind to be established by an Irish headquartered recruitment business.

The development will enable Morgan McKinley to interact directly with the LinkedIn community worldwide to identify specialist professional talent, skills and experience and to offer new career opportunities at home and abroad. It provides access to over 645 million professionals globally and builds on Morgan McKinley’s geographical and digital presence.

Morgan McKinley say this agreement, coupled with ongoing significant investment in technologies, systems, organisation and people, further boosts Morgan McKinley’s capability in bringing the best professional talent to its client base and the best career opportunities to professionals across multiple sectors of the global economy.

Speaking this week, Group CEO of Morgan McKinley, Aldagh McDonogh said, "Our partnership with LinkedIn forms an essential pillar of the broader ongoing investment in innovation and communications by Morgan McKinley including specialist sourcing teams, innovative technology, digital outreach and world class web content.  All this investment is focused on our commitment to supplying the best opportunities for jobseekers and the most relevant talent and skills for our clients, while underpinning the continuing growth and development of our business for the future."

Senior Director LinkedIn Talent Solutions EMEA, Olivier Sabella added, "Morgan McKinley is an Irish and international success story in recruitment and talent solutions, we’re delighted they have become our first Irish headquartered enterprise partner. We look forward to working closely with the Morgan McKinley team to drive collaboration, create opportunity and help support LinkedIn’s vision to create economic opportunity for every member of the workforce."
