A new company tasked with resolving consumer disputes online has today announced plans to create 20 jobs in Dublin.
NetNeutrals EU, an online dispute resolutions platform, will establish their European headquarters and Business Operations Centre in Dublin, creating 20 jobs in the next three years.
The key functions of the Dublin base will include management, sales and marketing support, programme administration and finance. Recruitment for these functions will commence shortly.
Connector Eoin Hester introduced NetNeutrals to Ireland through ConnectIreland, the company responsible for delivering the Government’s Succeed in Ireland initiative, as part of the Action Plan for Jobs, in association with IDA Ireland.
Welcoming the announcement, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Mary Mitchell O'Connor said, "I am very pleased that NetNeutrals EU has chosen Dublin as the location for its European headquarters. As we do more and more of our shopping online, it is essential that consumers have support and protection. NetNeutrals EU provides a vital resource for Irish and European shoppers who can take comfort in knowing there is somewhere they can turn when things go wrong."
