News Ireland has today announced that the Ireland edition of The Times will be available in both digital and print formats from Saturday, June 3, 2017.
 
This print edition will replace the international edition currently in the market, building on the success of the digital version. 

It will continue to feature news and analysis from an experienced Irish team of up to 30 journalists including Niamh Lyons (Ireland political editor), John Walsh (Ireland business editor), Ellen Coyne (Senior reporter) and Aaron Rogan (senior reporter).
 
The Ireland edition of The Times was launched as a digital only format in September 2015, and offers an in-depth and authoritative mix of Irish and international news, business, politics and sport as well as opinion and analysis. 

The digital newspaper was the first of its kind in Ireland for tablet, desktop and mobile users and provides readers with access to The Times and The Sunday Times content seven days a week. 
 
Editor of the Ireland edition of The Times, Richard Oakley today commented, "We have built a loyal digital audience for the Ireland edition of The Times and we are now delighted to expand what we offer to include more Irish news, business, sport, opinion and analysis in print as well.
