It was reported recently that SeaPoint Capital have successfully acquired 63 residential units at New Seskin Court, Arena Centre, Tallaght from Green REIT plc for €9.25million. 

Located in the centre of Tallaght, Dublin 24, The Arena Centre was completed in 2008 and is a mixed-use scheme comprising retail and office as well as 230 apartments and a 119 bedroom hotel. 
 
The 63 multi-family units acquired combine a range of one, two and three bed apartments. The area has numerous amenities and nearby public transport and infrastructure links.
 
Commenting on the property, SeaPoint Capital CEO, Kieran Gilmartin commented, "SeaPoint are long term investors and are looking for more residential opportunities which are well located and offer good growth potential."
