The Oireachtas Joint Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation will meet tomorrow at 1.30pm and will continue its discussions on women entrepreneurship, women in the tech industry, skill needs and the need for balanced regional development.
Tara McCarthy (Director of the Consumer Foods Division at Bord Bia), Eileen Bentley (Entrepreneurship Manager at Bord Bia), Colette Twomey (Director of Clonakilty Food Company), Orla Rimmington (Partner, Kernel Capital), Jayne Brady (Partner, Kernel Capital) and Denise Sidhu (Partner & Finance Director, Kernel Capital) were among those present.
Committee Chair, Marcella Corcoran-Kennedy TD, said, "The Committee is pleased to recommence its series of meetings on women entrepreneurship, women in the tech industry, skill needs and balanced regional development. Our invited speakers will offer us a unique insight into the challenges facing female entrepreneurs.
