It was announced today that JLL has been appointed as the exclusive selling agent for the Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel. Opened in 2006, the hotel includes 166 generously sized guestrooms and is being offered for sale at a guide price of excess €22.5 million.

As well as the recently refurbished Burnell Bar & Grill, other hotel facilities include a business centre, 9 meeting rooms with a 350-person capacity, fitness centre, extensive secure car parking and full air-conditioning throughout. 

The Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel is situated near Dublin City’s M1 and M50 motorways and is close to Dublin City Centre aswell as Dublin Airport. Local amenities include restaurants, convenience stores and a large supermarket.  
  
Offered for sale with the benefit of long leasehold title (475-year lease at a nominal rent), JLL claims the Hilton Dublin Airport boasts an established trading history, a wide and very well invested full service offering and exciting upside possibilities. The highly profitable hotel, still presents significant performance and future growth potential according to the property experts.
  
Commenting on the sale, Senior Vice President at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, Dan O’Connor said, "Hilton Dublin Airport is the only Hilton branded hotel in the Dublin Airport catchment and boasts one of the best quality hotel products in the market. We are anticipating strong domestic and international investor interest and are launching an international marketing campaign."
